Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas everyone. We had a nice Christmas. Santa came to leave all of our presents underneath the tree in the lounge room. I got lots of great gifts from Santa, Mum and Dad, and all my family.

On Christmas Day we went to Nanna & Badda's house and had a lovely lunch. I ate lots of cauliflower and ham , and turkey!

I also ate a few chocolates- yeh!

It was my little sister Lily's first Christmas, but she slept through lunch and presents!!

On Boxing Day the other side of the family came to our house, and we had a nice lunch here too. I got more presents and I played with Fraser all day long. We spent most of our time on the trampoline :-)

Life beyond 2

Life is busy, busy, busy. I have been singing my little heart out lately. Have learned alot of songs from watching Wiggles DVDs. Have been going to alot of parties this month. Christmas is soon and I tell Mummy that Santa is coming to bring me presents!

My little sister Lily started smiling this week. She is 5 weeks old. She still cries quite a bit but not as much as she used to. Hopefully she will stop crying so much soon.

I know so many colours now. I know red, yellow, blue, green, purple (parple) black, white, orange and pink!

I know all the Wiggles too! I know their names and I know which colours they all are. Mummy is very proud of me.

"Which Wiggles is Red?" "Muwwie" (murray)
"which one is yellow?" "Geg" (greg)
"which one is blue?" "Anzee" (anthony)
"which one is purple?" "Jeff!"

I also like to sing the Big Red Car song.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME! I AM 2 TODAY!

It's my birthday! I am 2! I am so excited. I have known it's my birthday coming all week. I kept asking Mummy "I want my borthday please Mum!"

Daddy came into my room this morning to play with me for a little while when he heard me awake. He said "Happy Birthday Savy!" After a while we went into Mummy and Daddy's room and Mummy was laying on the bed with Lily. I got on the bed and said "Hullo Mummy, and Lily, how are you, good?" Mummy said "yes I'm good thanks - hey - HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" and then she sung Happy Birthday to me and said Hip Hip! and Daddy said HOORAY!

Unky Simmo was over and he said Happy Birthday to me too and gave me a big cuddle.

We went downstairs and low and behold - my trampoline was set up in the backyard!! What a great present!

I had such a good time bouncing up and down.

Me: Mum, I need mahh shoes outside!

Mum: Oh, no Savy you don't need your shoes on the trampoline!

Me: Oh!

Mum: You can bounce on your knees too if you like

Me: No, I want to bounce on mah... on mahh.,... mahh FEET!

This afternoon Nanna is coming over for Mummy and Nanna's usual Wednesday thing. Doddy will probably come over too, as he isn't sure he can make it to my party on Sunday.

Woo Hoo! I am 2 !!
